Focus: Inventory, Logistics, and Professional Services
A: Yes. We provide dedicated Pick-up and Delivery services exclusively for our resellers. This service extends across Metro Manila and provincial regions to help you streamline your inventory and RMA management.
A: For stock held by resellers, you have a 30-day window starting from the VST invoice date to submit a DOA claim.
A: Apple claims must be filed within 30 calendar days of the VST invoice and are limited to hardware malfunctions.
Crucial Step: For iPhones, check for physical defects before turning them on. Do not activate the device if you find cosmetic damage, as activation often leads to an automatic rejection of the claim.
Documentation: Always provide clear photos or videos of the defect alongside the original packaging.
End-Customer FAQs
Focus: Warranty, Out-of-Warranty, and Service Procedures
A: You have 7 days from the date on your purchase receipt to file a DOA (Defective Upon Arrival) claim for hardware-related issues.
A: We offer two main routes:
- Carry-In: Visit any of our 4 main Walk-in Service Centers. Our team will handle the diagnostics, order parts, and update you once it's ready for pickup.
- On-Site Support: If your warranty includes home/office service, email our CSA. We will troubleshoot remotely first; if a physical fix is needed, an engineer will visit you once the parts are ready.
